Ruby and I made pizza dough a few days ago from our new cookbook that I love. I’m sure she will grow to love it as well. We topped our pizzas with mozzarella, some herbs, tomato sauce, and, Ruby’s favorite, olives.

We had a wonderful Valentine’s Day here. I made a few simple gifts for the family, mostly so that I could enjoy some crafting time. For Ruby, I embroidered this shirt. I got the pattern from the Stitch-It Kit which I like a bunch. I hope Smartypants doesn’t see this though…she is a master embroiderer. [...]
Ruby and I made this little heart a few days ago from her artwork. She finger-painted on a paper and colored with markers on another. I cut out hearts from both of them and we glued them together with the ribbon so we could hang it on her door handle.

I found this short film on Tania’s blog. I didn’t watch it at first, because it is long. But then I read the comments on her blog and became curious. It’s cute. It’s a bit sappy, but I thought it was appropriate for V-day coming up. Enjoy.
