It is fall around here. The leaves are beautiful, it is chilly, and we have warming, fall food to eat.
2 pounds of carrots
Italian sweet peppers
3 heads of garlic – woo hoo
2 pounds of butterball potatoes
gold roma tomatoes
2 sweet dumpling squash
I don’t know what we’re eating the next few days. I’m not planning any meals. We’re leaving town to celebrate my 30th birthday. John has planned a little time away from home and won’t tell me where we’re off to. I’ll let you know when we get back!
